How do I link to my MFR virtual mall from my hompage.

Below is a sample of what the link will look like. You can download the .html here. The button image is hosted from the MFR main site so you don't need the image. All you need to do is stick this string of code into your .html where you would like the button to appear.

This should be placed somewhere on a white background. If you put it in its own table please be sure the table is not smaller than 241px by 81px otherwise the image will squish. If you would like to customize this code for any org then just change the url within the first set of quotation marks in the string of code.

How do I add a MFR signature to my email

1. Download this “MFR_Signature.zip”file to your computer and unzip the contents "MFR Signature.htm" to your “My Documents” folder

2. Then go back to Outlook’s main window (I’m working in 2003) go to Tools>Options>Mail Format

*hint* if you go to “tools” under this email window you wont find what you need… needs to be the Outlook main application window.

3. Under the “Mail Format” tab click on the big “Signatures…” button

4. Now click the “New” option on the right

This brings up a dialogue box with numbers 1. and 2. (1. is a text field & 2. consists of three radio buttons) first enter the name of your new signature in the text field labeled “1.” I suggest calling it “MFR Signature” DO NOT CLICK NEXT YET Now click the last of the three radio buttons that is entitled “Use this file as a template” (it will activate the file browser) now navigate or point it at the “MFR Signature.htm” file that you saved to your “My Documents” folder in step #1 and click “Next”

5. Now it should load the saved signature into your Outlook and allow you to further edit it….

6. Change the contact info from mine to your own and you should be good to go.

You can also use this dialogue box to add pictures or logos under the “Advanced Editing” menu (the generally clog your mail server up though)

7. You can now delete the file you saved in step #1 because it loads a copy into your “signatures” folder deep inside your windows directory

The only costs to an organization would be the cost of ordering printed promotional materials from MyFundRazor. These materials, such as business cards, flyers, etc..., are optional and are priced at wholesale cost for each organization.

There is nothing magical about a MyFundRazor.org shopping portal. Just signing up will NOT generate any revenue for your organization. BUT, if you can promote and redirect your supporters' online spending to go through your shopping portal, then you will generate revenue. Here is where each organizaton might need to spend a little money. In order to promote your shopping portal you may want to have some printed materials such as business cards, or flyers. We have made relationships with printers that will give you wholesale pricing on these materials. Once you sign up you can price and order these materials from our Resources section. We have made free as many resources as possible. Unfortunately, printed material is NOT something we can offer for Free but we will offer them at cost to your organization.
